Fire Rated Doors are doors intended to reduce or stop the spread of fire and smoke between separate compartments of a building. Its use is a necessity, not a choice. Fire door is one of the most important guarantees against fire risk in all large high-rise or horizontal buildings, in production facilities such as factories, in buildings such as offices, hotels, shopping malls, schools, hospitals.
Kyda Fire Doors comply with international quality standards. The fire resistance of our products has been tested and documented in EFECTIS ERA Laboratories. Our doors, which have an international IFC certificate and comply with EI60, EI 90 and EI120 criteria, resist fire and smoke for 60, 90 or 120 minutes and stop its spread. It leaves the necessary time for the safe evacuation of the people in the building.
